We started ReadyRoute because the delivery world had quietly stopped picking up the phone.

What we believe

A good delivery is invisible. The package shows up when it's supposed to, intact, and somebody friendly hands it over. That's the whole job, and we treat it like the skilled work it actually is.

On the medical side, that means drivers who understand chain of custody, know what "STAT" really means, and have the training to handle PHI correctly. On the commercial side, it means showing up looking sharp, communicating clearly, and treating the recipient like a human being.

We're rooted in the Baltimore–DC metro and serve across Maryland, DC, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, and West Virginia. When a customer needs a lane we don't cover yet, we bring on trusted local drivers to run it. Same dispatcher, same calm voice, wherever the route goes.

How we operate

We run a vetted local driver network across the Mid-Atlantic, dispatched by real humans, backed by software that tracks every pickup, every drop, every signature. No app-only support funnels. No "your call is important to us." If you need us, we pick up.

We're insured for auto, cargo, and general liability. Our medical-courier operations follow industry best practices for specimen handling, chain of custody, and patient privacy. Compliance documentation available on request.

What we won't do

We won't take a job we can't complete on time. We won't hand a shipment to a driver we haven't vetted. We won't say "yes" to a window we know we can't hit just to win the lane. The whole business runs on the answer staying the same whether you check at 10 AM or 10 PM.

If we don't have someone in your market, we'll tell you instead of forcing it. If a shipment hits a wall on the road, you hear about it from us before you hear about it from the recipient. The boring stuff is the whole job.
