When you pay, our payment provider collects your card details directly; we receive only a token and limited card information such as the brand and last four digits.

We use your information to price, schedule, and complete deliveries, to keep you updated, to process payments, to provide support, to keep records, and to improve our service. We may contact you about a delivery you requested or your account.

We share information only as needed to run the service: with the driver assigned to your delivery, and with service providers who help us operate, such as our payment processor, mapping and routing provider, email delivery provider, and hosting and database providers. We may share information when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

We keep delivery and billing records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. We remove or anonymize information when it is no longer needed.
